Description
- 2 x 3 extra sturdy bending rolls with long lifetime tungsten carbide inserts
- Bending and breaking of scale in 2 levels (4 directions)
- Stepless positioning of each 2nd bending roll by a hydraulic cylinder
- Very easy wire infeeding process if bending rolls are in zero-position
- A suitable hydraulic aggregate is part of the delivery
- Transport of scale by a scale waggon on wheels (screw conveyor optional)
Wire diameter (low carbon) 5,5 – 18,0 mm
Wire diameter (high carbon) 5,5 – 13,0 mm
Wire passing speed up to 4,0 m/s
