Description
- 2 x 3 bending rolls with long lifetime tungsten carbide inserts
- Bending and breaking of scale in 2 levels (4 directions)
- Positioning of each 2nd bending roll by a pneumatic cylinder
- Very easy wire infeeding process if bending rolls are in zero-position
- Transport of scale by a scale waggon on wheels (screw conveyor optional)
Wire diameter (low carbon) 5,5 – 16,0 mm

Wire passing speed up to 4,0 m/s
