Frequently Asked Questions

Is it possible to program the machine automatically in relation to shift operations?

Yes, that is certainly possible.

The machine is equipped with a control system that allows you to define different programs and settings for each shift.

This includes:

  • Automatic start/stop times per shift, heating up the coating automatic
  • Pre-programmed recipes (e.g., concentration, dosing, speed)
  • User access levels per shift (operator, supervisor)
  • Alarm and stop conditions in case of deviating measurement values

This ensures the process runs consistently, regardless of which shift is active, and reduces the risk of errors by human factors.

What is the machine’s power consumption during operation and at start-up?

The power consumption at start-up is a one-time xxx kW, as the coating must always maintain a minimum temperature. After that, the machine requires an average of approximately xxx kW.

What is the maximum temperature of the hot air, and what is the maximum temperature of the coating?

The hot air for drying the wire can reach temperatures of up to 450 degrees Celsius. The coating can reach a maximum temperature of xxx degrees Celsius.
