Description
- 2 x 7 bending rolls with long lifetime tungsten carbide inserts
- Bending and breaking of scale in 2 levels (4 directions)
- Stepless positioning of the upper 3 bending rolls per level by hydraulic cylinder
- Very easy wire infeeding process if bending rolls are in zero-position
- A suitable hydraulic aggregate is part of the delivery
- Transport of scale by a scale waggon on wheels (screw conveyor optional)
Wire diameter (low carbon) 5,5 – 20,0 mm
Wire diameter (high carbon) 5,5 – 15,0 mm
Wire passing speed up to 10,0 m/s
